Welcome to Sentryfai, a service operated by E2 Partners LLC ("E2 Partners," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sentryfai web monitoring service, including our website at sentryfai.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Plain English: By using Sentryfai, you're agreeing to these rules. Please read them carefully.

Sentryfai is an AI-powered web monitoring service that allows users to:

• Monitor publicly accessible web pages for changes
• Define monitoring criteria using natural language prompts
• Receive notifications via email or browser push when relevant changes are detected
• Access historical data about monitored pages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

4.1 Subscription Plans

Sentryfai offers paid subscription plans. Details of current plans, features, and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Sentryfai to monitor publicly accessible web pages for legitimate purposes, including:

• Price tracking and deal monitoring
• Job posting notifications
• Competitor analysis
• Content change detection
• API and documentation monitoring
• Stock and inventory tracking

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Monitor pages that require authentication or are behind paywalls
• Circumvent technical measures or access restrictions on websites
• Scrape or collect personal data without consent
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Monitor pages in violation of their terms of service
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overwhelm target websites
• Harvest email addresses or personal information
• Engage in competitive intelligence that constitutes unfair business practices
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5.3 Rate Limits

We implement rate limits to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by E2 Partners LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., monitoring prompts, custom configurations). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for providing the Service.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Content retrieved from monitored websites remains the property of its respective owners. Sentryfai does not claim ownership of any third-party content accessed through the Service.

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing.

7.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Access controls and authentication
• Secure infrastructure hosted on reputable cloud providers

7.3 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics
• Backup retention follows our standard backup rotation policy

8.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENTRYFAI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information obtained through the Service
• Any warranty that defects will be corrected
• Any warranty that the Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AND MAKE NO PROMISES REGARDING:

• Detection of all changes on monitored websites
• Accuracy of change detection or AI analysis
• Timeliness or delivery of notifications
• Availability of any specific website for monitoring
• Any specific business outcomes or results from using the Service

8.3 AI and Automated Systems

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems that may:

• Fail to detect relevant changes (false negatives)
• Generate alerts for irrelevant changes (false positives)
• Misinterpret, misclassify, or incorrectly analyze content
• Experience delays, failures, or outages
• Produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AND RELY ON ANY RESULTS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8.4 Third-Party Websites

Sentryfai monitors third-party websites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites
• Changes made by third-party websites to their content, structure, or access methods
• Third-party websites blocking, restricting, or modifying access
• Any actions taken by third-party websites against you or your monitoring activities

8.5 Not Professional Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, BUSINESS, INVESTMENT, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Any information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any decisions based on information obtained through the Service.

9.1 Exclusion of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL E2 PARTNERS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• LOSS OF DATA OR DATA CORRUPTION
• LOSS OF GOODWILL OR REPUTATION
• COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISSED ALERTS, DELAYED NOTIFICATIONS, OR FAILED MONITORING
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR MISLEADING INFORMATION
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH IT
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON THE SERVICE

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF E2 PARTNERS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.2 Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, E2 PARTNERS LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF:

• The amounts paid by you to E2 Partners LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, OR
• One hundred US dollars (USD $100)

9.3 Specific Exclusions

Without limiting the foregoing, E2 Partners LLC shall have no liability whatsoever for:

• Price changes, deals, or offers you missed due to Service limitations
• Job opportunities, tickets, or inventory you failed to obtain
• Financial losses from investment, trading, or purchasing decisions
• Business losses from competitive intelligence or market monitoring
• Any consequences of third-party websites changing their content or blocking access
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the Service

9.4 Essential Basis

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND E2 PARTNERS LLC, AND THAT E2 PARTNERS LLC WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS E2 PARTNERS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
• Your monitoring of third-party websites, including any claims by such websites
• Any decisions or actions you take based on information obtained through the Service
• Any dispute between you and any third party relating to the Service

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Service.

E2 Partners LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather events
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Cyber attacks, hacking, or security breaches
• Power outages or infrastructure failures
• Third-party service provider failures (including cloud hosting, payment processors, and AI providers)
• Changes to third-party websites that affect our ability to monitor them
• Legal or regulatory changes

During any force majeure event, our obligations shall be suspended without liability for the duration of the event.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• You use the Service entirely at your own risk
• The Service may not detect all changes or deliver all notifications
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the Service
• You will not hold Sentryfai responsible for any missed opportunities, losses, or damages
• Web monitoring involves inherent uncertainties and limitations

YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SERVICE.

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the settings page.

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sentryfai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect
• Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

Plain English: We'll let you know if anything important changes. If you keep using Sentryfai after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms.

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and E2 Partners LLC regarding the Service.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
